Can I Cancel My Booking?

Fabcab Taxi Service allows you to cancel your booking. Charges will only apply if the vehicle has already been dispatched to your pickup location. If the vehicle remains at our control centre, no extra charges will be incurred.

Can I Cancel the Ride When the Driver is at the Pickup Location?

If you cancel when the driver has already arrived at the pickup location, additional charges will apply to compensate for the driver’s time and distance travelled. To avoid these charges, please cancel in a timely manner.

Do You Offer Child Seats or Booster Seats?

Yes, we can provide child seats or booster seats upon request made in advance. Although Fabcab Taxi Service does not take responsibility for these accessories, we aim to ensure your child’s comfort and safety. Seatbelts are mandatory for children over 3 years old. Please specify your requirements during booking.

How Can I Book a Car?

How Early Do I Need to Book?

We recommend booking in advance to avoid inconvenience and delays. For standard bookings, please book at least 24 hours prior to your travel time. For 8-seater vehicles, please book at least 72 hours in advance due to high demand.

How Will I Find My Driver When I Arrive at the Airport?

During the booking, we will provide the details of the car and its registration number. The driver’s contact information will also be provided to help you locate the vehicle at the pickup point.

I Have Paid in Advance, What Happens if the Driver Does Not Turn Up?

If you’ve paid in advance, we guarantee the driver’s arrival. Should you be unable to locate the driver, please contact us immediately.

I May Have Left Something in the Cab, How Can I Get It Back?

If you believe you’ve left something in the cab, contact us and we will arrange for your item to be returned to you.

Is My Data Protected?

Your data is protected in accordance with our privacy policy, and we comply with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

What If My Flight Gets Delayed or Arrives Early? Will I Have to Pay Extra?

Our flight monitoring service ensures you won’t be charged extra for minor delays. Waiting charges will apply only after 60 minutes from the time your flight lands.

How Long Will the Driver Wait for Me at My Pickup?

Our drivers arrive promptly at the scheduled time and will wait up to 5 minutes free of charge. Beyond 10 minutes, an hourly fee of £20 for saloon cars and £25 for MPV and People Carrier vehicles will apply.

What If My Flight Is Diverted to Another Airport?

If your flight is diverted, please inform us and we will adjust your booking accordingly.

What Is a Soiling Fee? Will I Be Charged It?

A soiling fee is charged to cover the cost of cleaning if the vehicle is left in a mess. This fee can be up to £80, depending on the extent of the soiling.

What Sort of Payments Do You Accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Debit Card, Credit Card, Bank transfer, and cash payments to the driver. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

Which Airports Do You Pick Up and Drop Off To?

We provide a 24-hour cab and airport transfer service to all airports nationwide.
